Григорьев Федор Васильевич

Fedor Grigoriev is Leading Research Scientist of the Research Computing Center M. V. Lomonosov Moscow State University. He graduated from faculty of Theoretical and Experimental Physics at National Research Nuclear University (MEPhi) in 1994. He obtained his PhD degree in Physical Chemistry from Kurnakov Institute of General and Inorganic Chemistry, Russian Academy of Sciences. In 2019 he obtained Doctor of Sciences degree in Mathematical and Physics in M. V. Lomonosov Moscow State University. His research interests are the atomistic supercomputer simulation of the processes of the thin films deposition, formation of the interatomic complexes in water, formation of the point defects in solid phase.He is an author of more than 60 publications.
